As Program Manager
Western Trade Adjustment and Assistance Center Application Center (WTAAC),
Conchetta Fabares is
responsible for the internal operation of the
Department of Commerce EDA federal program in
four western states: California, Nevada, Arizona,
and Hawaii.
Ms. Fabares is responsible for
management of all
WTAAC projects in accordance with objectives and
practices of the Viterbi School of Engineering, USC and the
Department of Commerce Economic Development
Administration.
Prior to her position at USC,
she
was the Executive Director of the Digital Coast
Roundtable an industry association that works closely
with the Mayor and the City of Los Angeles.
Ms. Fabares has a BA in
Communications from University of New Orleans with
International studies from the University of
Innsbruck and a Master of
Business Administration from Pepperdine University
with global Business studies from The Hong Kong
University of Science and Technology
