Kenneth Dozier, Executive Director

As Executive Director of the USC Engineering Technology Transfer Center (ETTC), Ken Dozier is responsible for the direction of ETTC, which manages academic, federal and commercial intellectual property portfolios. The ETTC gained national recognition when it received the 1999 Justin Morrill from the Technology Transfer Society for innovation.

Dozier is responsible for business development and budget management for all ETTC programs in accordance with objectives and practices of the Viterbi School of Engineering and USC.

Brian Leon, Special Project Mgr. -Admin/Academic.

Brian Leon is the Associate Director for the USC Engineering Technology Transfer Center. He is responsible for new business development, project administration, and information systems utilization. Mr. Leon interacts with University officials with respect to contractual administration matters for the ETTC. He supervises a staff of Information Systems Specialists, whose areas of responsibility cover hardware/software integration, system design, and data security.

John Sterni, Webmaster

John Sterni is the Webmaster and System administrator for the USC Viterbi School of engineering Technology Transfer Center.  He is responsible for the development and maintenance of various website for projects of the ETTC. Mr. Sterni is also responsible for the IT administration for the center. He is also responsible for  trouble shooting issues with workstations, file and database servers and any other random computer related issues.

Daniel W. Jimenez, Project Manager

Mr. Jimenez is a strategic planning and financial management specialist with over 20 years experience in developing and implementing recovery strategies for a wide range of companies. Related project experience includes manufacturing cost reduction, market diversification, financial restructuring and new product development. Mr. Jimenez has been the CEO of his own consulting firm, a Senior Consultant for regional turnaround consulting firms, and a Group Director of a national consulting firm. Mr. Jimenez has a Masters degree in Finance from the University of California, Los Angeles with graduate studies in management at the Harvard Business School.
